MCAC & Medina Hardware Community Window Art Gallery

Located at 225 South Court Street in Medina, OH, the Medina County Arts Council (MCAC) is honored to collaborate with the Stephenson Family, turning the front windows of the historic Medina Hardware Store into a vibrant Window Art Gallery for the community. This exciting venture aims to celebrate and promote local artistic talent by providing a unique platform for them to showcase their work.

The Medina Hardware store has been a beloved feature of our community for decades and we are grateful to partner with the Stephenson Family to keep part of the historic space active serving the county.

The Window Art Gallery features a diverse selection of paintings, photography, sculptures, and other forms of art. This initiative promises to bring a dynamic artistic flair to the heart of Medina.

Please review the guidelines and release of liability agreement before sending your artist submission

Important info:

• Applications are due 1 week prior to each installation.  Artists must complete the online submission form to enter their work.

• Artworks will need to be in the possession of the MCAC Window Committee Member by drop off date

• A signed Release of Liability Agreement must be on file for each artist.

*Drop Off Dates: 6/11, 6/12 & 6/15

July 28th - Sept 8th display
*Drop Off Dates: 6/24, 6/25 & 6/27 

Sept  8th - Oct 13th display
*Drop Off Dates: 9/3, 9/4 & 9/5 (No drop off on Labor Day)  

Oct 13th - Nov 17th display
*Drop Off Dates: 10/9, 10/10, & 10/12  

Nov 17 2026 - Jan 5 2027 display
*Drop Off Dates: 11/13, 11/14, & 11/16

Drop off artwork to the Davis Parks School of Arts (DPSA) during listed “Drop Off Dates”  located at 780 West Smith Rd, Medina. Please check DPSA website for hours of operation

Davis Parks School of Art is just a collection point for MCAC - please note, their staff is not associated with the MCAC or the Window Gallery.
